He was a new surgeon/doctor for me because my surgeon was no longer with the practice. I explained to him what was going on and I felt like he dismissed my concerns. I kept repeating what I was feeling and once he understood I wasn't changing my story, he guided me into a very caring conversation about what was probably going on. Once I felt "heard" he showed me the test results and we were able to discuss options. I really liked his demeanor and taking a pause to allow me to express my concerns.
