Dr. Thomas Stuckey is the Medical Director of the LeBauer-Brodie Center for Cardiovascular Research and Education at Cone Health and co-founder of the LeBauer Cardiovascular Research Foundation. Since joining LeBauer Cardiology in 1985, he has led groundbreaking work in heart attack care and interventional cardiology, serving as Principal Investigator in hundreds of studies on coronary devices, drug therapies, and advanced imaging.
A Clinical Professor of Medicine at UNC, Dr. Stuckey’s current focus is on prevention and innovative strategies such as AI in coronary disease detection. Outside of medicine, he enjoys hiking, biking, and exploring national parks with his wife, a retired cardiovascular nurse.
