Provider does not have a very caring personality, but seems knowledgeable about treatment. You don't leave the visit with a warm feeling.

The provider had already read through my problem list, knew the interventions I had already received. I had a great time reviewing the next steps. He delivered patient-centered care. I did not have to repeat any information in my file.

He didn't take care with my health and how could he he didn't take time to ask me questions or reviewed my file or get to know me before he was in the room with me for for less than 5 minutes after I waited for him for almost an hour or an hour or more. How can he know what my other symptoms were if he was in the room with me for less than 5 minutes. I didn't trust him or the care he could provide with me . He was very nonchalant with his disposition on being late and my care.
