They are good incoming the patient

I messaged my provider through my chart and very poor communication. She takes very long to respond and when she does respond, the response is a copy and paste response, which doesn't answer my questions. One sentence response is all I've got for the last 3 visits this year

I was used to having a PA to check my legs for swelling and check my limp nodes. She was kind of. I have seen her 3 times and she becomes a little friendlier.

Provider spent most of the time talking about her own skin cancer diagnosis. Told me to "hold on" when asking questions so she could complete a task on her computer. Make me feel uncomfortable bringing up further topics including mental health.

This NP was not personable at all. Showed no emotion and was wearing a mask. Going through the motions but disengaged and just strange.
