Don't mean Dr was bad-he was nice and respectful. I was just hoping he would tell me anything about my brain condition and anything he could do

My first visit with this doctor was a good session.

Waited in the exam room for approximately 30 minutes before the dr came in. When he did come in, he sat down and immediately began pounding the keys on the computer and didn't say anything. I felt very uncomfortable, seemed like he was mad or something. He kept looking at his text messages while typing. I felt like he blew off my symptoms. Wouldn't return to him.

Dr. Penumalli was very approachable & explained everything clearly, didn't feel like I was being rushed out the door. A very positive visit.

Doctor seemed to use clinical language flippantly in regards to curing longstanding condition. Did not seemed more informed and invested in this particular condition, beyond the basic information that could be found by anyone with a search engine. When questioned about risks of potential treatment options, did not really go into discussion or details, despite expressed concerns. When concern over fatigue was raised, was neither able to assuage concerns, nor to confidently refer concerns back to primary physician, but instead seemed to fixate on sleep apnea or other sleep disorder as potential cause, without adequately explaining why he thought that was a likley connection. Talked a lot. Said very little.

He was fabulous and we felt like he listened to us and heard our concerns

It was a visit with the Doctor that I hadn't had in about a year. It turned out great.I see him in about 6 months. Then I'll be caught up.
