Dr. Yan is just simply the best---not only a wonderful doctor, but very tuned in personally and takes time to LISTEN and handle each situation.

We like Dr. Yan very much. She is treating my wife for contracture. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They were busy and running late on Monday. We normally do not have a long wait. My wife has vascular dementia and Parkinson's. That is why I fill out the surveys.

I feel like the care provider could have a better bed side manner and actually listen to what we as the patients have to say more. She does not talk to us she talks at us like we are dumb and that gets on my nerves. I feel like I don't need to be a patient of hers if she isn't going to listen to what I have to say and my concerns about my health.
