The Behavioral Health Hospital does not offer walk-in behavioral health services. For same-day mental health care, crisis support, and assessments, visit the Guilford County Behavioral Health Center, which provides 24/7 walk-in services for children, teens, and adults.

Inpatient Behavioral Health Care
Cone Health Behavioral Health Hospital provides comprehensive inpatient behavioral health services* for individuals who need structured, around-the-clock care. Our team works closely with patients and families to support recovery and connect them with outpatient services and community resources for continued care after discharge.
*Cone Health also provides comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services in a variety of locations around the Triad.
Visiting Hours
- Adult Unit Rooms 300-408: 6:30 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.
- Adult Unit Rooms 500-508: 7:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
- Adolescent Unit All Rooms: 5:30 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.
Visitation sessions occur on the units in the dayroom. Visitors must be 18 years or older. Only one visitor is permitted and should be the same visitor for the length of the visit. All visitors will be screened for contraband.
Parking
We provide our patients and visitors with free parking convenient to our facilities.
