Mom+Baby Combined Care

Cone Health Mom+Baby Combined Care offers participating birthing parents and their babies health care services at the same visit. Parents will no longer split their care between an OB, a primary care physician and a pediatrician, but instead both the birthing parent and the baby will be seen by the same provider.

About Mom+Baby Combined Care

Our specialized care program has many benefits:

Building a uniquely strong relationship with your provider, because you will see them throughout pregnancy as well as during the first five years of your child’s life
Eliminating the siloed care that usually exists for birthing parents and their babies/young children
Allowing the provider to get a more full-picture view of the family unit, resulting in care with broader context for both the mother and the child
Getting new mothers more frequent postpartum visits than they receive in a traditional OB setting

If you’re in the Greensboro area and pregnant with your first child, you’re eligible to participate in the Mom+Baby Combined Care program! Your care with us will begin during pregnancy and will extend until your child turns 5. It will include ongoing primary care for both you and your child, and you will be seen by the same provider.
