Same-Day Appointments

Although we are not a walk-in practice, we know last-minute needs arise. We can often accommodate same-day appointments for urgent needs.

Appointment Guidelines

  • Before your scheduled appointment with us, you will receive two reminder phone calls.
  • Arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. Bring your insurance card and a list of your current medications.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment – even on the day of the appointment – please give us a call to do so. 

After-Hours Calls

After hours and on weekends, emergencies are covered through the surgery department on-call surgeon at Alamance Regional Medical Center. You can contact that surgeon through the Alamance Regional operator at (336) 538-7000.

Payment Information

  • In most cases, you are expected to pay in full or pay your full co-payment for all office services at the time of your appointment. A financial counselor is available to discuss payment issues with you if you are having financial difficulties.
  • If you cannot provide proof of insurance, you will be totally responsible for payment of the bill at the time of your visit.
