Appointment Guidelines

Bring your insurance card and all medication bottles, including prescriptions, supplements and over-

• Before your scheduled appointment with us, you will receive a reminder phone call, MyChart message and text message.

• If you’re a new patient, please plan to arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. Bring your insurance card and a list of your current medications.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.

After-Hours Calls

• We have providers on call after office hours and on weekends. They can be reached by calling the Alamance Regional Medical Center switch board at (336) 538-7000.
• All prescription refill requests and/or medication related questions, should be handled during office hours. No refill requests will be given after hours or on weekends.

Payment Information

• You are expected to pay in full or pay your co-payment for all office services at the time of your appointment. If you are not able to make your payment at the time of your visit, please call the office to make other arrangements.

• If you have a managed care insurance plan that requires referral authorization from your primary care physician, you are responsible for bringing that referral with you from your primary care physician.
