Your First Visit

You’ll need a physician’s referral for specialty care at Cone Health Pediatric Specialists. We’ll schedule your first appointment as soon as possible—usually within a month of your referral. Your child must come with you to all appointments.

Please bring the following items to your child’s first appointment:

• Completed paperwork (We’ll mail this to you when you make your appointment.)
• Insurance card and copay
• All of your child’s medications, including over-the-counter medications
