Headache specialist joins Center for Women's Healthcare in Kernersville

Moses Cone MedCenter Kernersville adds a specialty with a twist – women’s health and headaches. Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Linda Rosenbloom is seeing patients at MedCenter Kernersville, located off NC 66 next to Bishop McGuinness High School.

“I love taking care of headache patients. I love taking care of women,” Rosenbloom says. “It’s my passion.”

Rosenbloom previously worked in a headache clinic but began seeing women with other medical problems as well. As a nurse practitioner, she is able to treat women with a wide variety of health concerns. Still, the combination of women and headaches fits. Women are three times more likely to have headaches than men. “What’s most unique about me is that I’m completely comfortable seeing pregnant headache patients,” Rosenbloom says. Of course, she also sees women with other medical problems.

Appointments can be scheduled by calling the Center for Women's Healthcare at (336) 336-992-5120.
