Goldberg Promoted to Director of Performance Consulting at Cone Health
Jami Goldberg has been promoted to director of performance consulting for Cone Health. Goldberg will be responsible for creating and implementing an internal consulting service that helps leaders improve performance through repeatable and sustainable systems and methods.
Goldberg has been part of Cone Health since 2009. Most recently he was the director of organizational development. In this role he worked with leaders, improving leader performance and employee engagement. He also led the team responsible for new employee orientation.
Goldberg also lectures in the communications departments at The University of North Carolina-Greensboro and Purdue University.
Goldberg earned his bachelor’s degree at The University of Tampa in Tampa, Florida. He holds a Master of Arts degree in communications studies from The University of North Carolina-Greensboro. Goldberg is a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement.
