More of the State’s Top Nurses Work at Cone Health Than Ever Before

For the fifth consecutive year, Cone Health has the highest number of Great 100 Nurses in North Carolina. A record 34 of the Great 100 Nurses in North Carolina work for Cone Health.

“So often care begins at the bedside and care begins with a nurse,” says Cone Health Executive Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer Theresa Brodrick, PhD, RN. “We are so fortunate to have so many highly-trained, compassionate, dedicated nurses caring for our patients in the communities we serve.”

The Great 100 Nurses in North Carolina recognizes nurses for their professional ability and for the contributions they make to improve health care in their communities. The nurses are nominated by their peers and selected through a blinded process.
