Mack Joins Cone Health Behavioral Health Hospital

Debra Mack, MSN, RN, has been named a director at Cone Health Behavioral Health Hospital. As such, she will lead the child and adolescent unit, therapeutic triage services and the observation unit.

Mack comes to Cone Health from Monarch Crisis in Greensboro, where she was a nursing manager. She has more than 15 years of seasoned nursing leadership in a variety of roles in psychiatry. Mack previously worked at Cone Health. Most recently, she was a relief nurse in behavioral health services at Alamance Regional Medical Center.

Mack has extensive experience in quality and process improvement. She has been a hospital surveyor for The Joint Commission and was in the organization’s Robust Process Improvement® program. Mack holds a yellow belt Six Sigma certification and has studied numerous methodologies to increase business efficiency.

Mack earned her bachelor’s degree from North Carolina A & T State University. She holds a master’s degree in nursing and education from the University of Phoenix.

Mack is board certified in psychiatric mental health.
