Deno Adkins Becomes Vice President, Ambulatory Network at Cone Health
Adkins will provide leadership for Cone Health’s outpatient facilities.
Deno Adkins has been promoted to vice president, ambulatory network. In this role he is responsible for the development and operations of many of the clinics, offices and centers that provide health care services outside of Cone Health hospitals.
Adkins completed his administrative fellowship at Cone Health in 2005. He subsequently held roles as project manager, director of health services and executive director of ambulatory care services.
During his career at Cone Health, Adkins helped develop and bring additional services to Cone Health MedCenters in High Point, Kernersville and Mebane. He also led efforts to bring local care to Forest Oaks and surrounding communities.
Adkins holds an undergraduate degree from Furman University. He earned a master’s in business administration and master’s in health administration from the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
