Cone Health Convenes Maternity Advisory Panel

The group will help set the tone for the opening of the Cone Health Women’s & Children’s Center.

Greensboro—Cone Health wants to know what potential users think of the move to its new Women’s & Children’s Center. The facility doesn’t open until late February, but Cone Health wants to hear from future users on what they know about the facility and think about the move.

Cone Health is looking for 180 expectant women to serve on a maternity advisory panel. Panelists who are accepted will be asked to complete 2 online surveys and take part in 2 in-person discussion groups. The idea is to find out how much they know about the move from Women’s Hospital to the new Cone Health Women’s & Children’s Center and address questions or concerns they may have.

On Feb. 23, a fleet of ambulances will move moms and babies from Women’s Hospital to the new 195,678 sq. ft. addition at The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital. Pregnant women can sign up to join the panel by going to ConeHealthyBaby.com/panel. Participants who complete both surveys and attend both discussion groups receive a $150 gift card.
