Cone Health Names Emergency Department Leaders
New directors will lead emergency departments in Burlington and Reidsville
Greensboro – Cone Health emergency departments at Alamance Regional Medical Center in Burlington and Annie Penn Hospital in Reidsville have new leadership. Greg Moyer, RN, MSN and Tiffany Vogler, RN, BSN, are now directors for the emergency departments.
Greg Moyer, RN
As directors, they are responsible for the day-to-day operations of what is often referred to as “the front door” of the hospital. Emergency departments are often the busiest places in health care. Alamance Regional Medical Center treated 49,971 people in fiscal year 2021. The emergency department staff at Annie Penn Hospital treated 24,183 during that time.
Moyer joined Alamance Regional Medical Center in 2006 as a staff nurse. Recently he was the interim nursing director of the emergency department. Moyer has 10 years of leadership experience working on quality projects and nursing initiatives. He is a member of the Emergency Nurses Association.
Tiffany Vogler, RN,
Vogler joined the emergency department of Annie Penn Hospital in 2010 as a staff nurse. Recently, she worked as an administrative coordinator. Vogler serves as a mentor for local nursing students.
