Cone Health Urgent Care Extends Hours This Flu Season
More hours, more help just in time for the holidays.
Greensboro— Starting November 2, Cone Health Urgent Care on Church Street in Greensboro will be open 8 a.m.– 8 p.m., seven days a week. That’s a 50% increase in weekend hours.

Flu season is here. This permanent expansion of hours means more flexibility for patients and less strain on the emergency departments in and around Greensboro.

Context
These changes have been in the works since July and are designed to improve the patient experience and support our teams during one of the busiest times of the year.
“Flu season can be stressful for families. By extending hours and improving access, we’re making it easier for our community to get care when they need it most,” said Melissa Browning, executive director of urgent care.
