Andy Barrow—Among the “CFOs to Know”

This marks the second consecutive year Barrow made the list.

Greensboro-- Cone Health Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Andy Barrow has again been named one of Becker’s Healthcare’s 2026 “CFOs to Know.” 

Barrow has served in several finance leadership roles during his tenure at Cone Health, including senior vice president of finance and vice president of financial services, before being named chief financial officer. 

In 2025, the key projects Barrow oversaw included serving as an executive sponsor for the Workday implementation and overseeing Risant-Cone Health integrations and implementations.

Before joining Cone Health in 2012, Barrow held finance leadership positions with Cape Fear Health System in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, Maryland. He also served as a consulting manager with Cohen, Rutherford + Knight, CPA, in Bethesda.

In 2024, the Triad Business Journal recognized Barrow as a C-Suite Awards honoree.
