Annie Penn Hospital Names Administrator

Jessica Brown will be the senior executive at the facility.

Greensboro —Jessica Brown, MSN, RN, is the site administrator for Annie Penn Hospital in Reidsville. She will provide strategic and operational leadership at the hospital.   

In this multi-faceted role, Brown will be responsible for quality and safety, financial performance, staff engagement and community relationships.

Brown brings more than 20 years of health care experience. In her most recent role of chief nursing officer for Annie Penn Hospital, she contributed to improvements in patient experience, safety, workforce engagement and collaboration with medical staff and the Rockingham County community. 

Throughout her career at Cone Health, Brown has led complex operational initiatives and supported systemwide performance improvement efforts, demonstrating a strong commitment to developing teams and future leaders.

Brown holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Liberty University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Rockingham Community College.
