According to Becker’s the list recognized nurses who “are shaping the future of patient care.” Antrum is certainly doing that. Under her leadership, Cone Health spearheaded three nursing retention initiatives that have resulted in a 60% reduction in turnover and notable increases in nurse satisfaction and the willingness of employees to recommend Cone Health to family and friends.

Before she became CNO at Cone Health, Antrum served as chief nursing officer and vice president of patient care services at Olean General Hospital (affiliate of Kaleida Health and member of Great Lakes Health) in New York.

In 2023, Antrum was named to the Triad Business Journal’s class of Outstanding Women in Business. She is also a 2022 Triad Nurse of Distinction.
