Cone Health Raises Minimum Wage
Study highlights progress toward better treatment options.
Greensboro – Cone Health has raised its minimum wage to $18 an hour. This became effective earlier this month. In December 2023, Cone Health announced its move to a $17 minimum wage.
“At Cone Health, our team members are at the heart of how we live our promise to be right there for our patients and our communities,” said Michelle Adamolekun, Cone Health’s chief people and culture officer. “This investment reflects our ongoing commitment to attracting, supporting, and retaining exceptional talent as we continue building a future-ready workplace.”
More than 4,200 team members across Cone Health will benefit from this increase, which will also include pay adjustments for team members who earn less than $23 per hour. Additionally, team members in flat-rate roles who are paid less than $18 per hour will also see their rates increase to meet the new minimum.
Cone Health continually reviews pay and benefits to remain an employer of choice in the communities it serves.
