For Cone Health Employees and their families: Are you ready to learn how to cook foods that are healthy and delicious? Join us for a hands-on class with a Registered Dietitian. Participants will get to practice food preparation and cooking while our instructors take them step by step through healthy and flavorful recipes. Monthly topics will vary, please check the class details for location and theme.
Description: Join the LiveLifeWell team for a hands-on cooking class! We'll practice some basic cooking techniques and put together a delicious, healthy meal! This month's theme is Holiday Meal-Prepping.
What to bring: Please wear closed-toe shoes and come with your hair pulled back. Aprons and gloves will be provided at the Teaching Kitchen.
Location: This class will be held at the Teaching Kitchen in MedCenter Greensboro at Drawbridge Parkway. Come in through the main entrance and go straight, past the welcome desk and Cafe. The Teaching Kitchen is located on your left through the large, glass double-doors.
