Services provided during a health fair are provided at no cost.
Mobile Health services are billed to employer insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid. We also offer Cone Health Financial Assistance to those who are under-insured/uninsured.

Description

Mobile Medicine Bus Staffed by a nurse and health educator, the Cone Health Mobile Screening Van offers the following services to ages 18 and older:

MOBILE FLU CLINIC for the uninsured/underinsured

Six (6) months and older

RESTRICTION: The flu vaccine will not be available for individuals with an egg allergy.

First come, first served.

If you have questions, call 336-890-2176.

In the event of inclement weather, the flu clinic will be canceled.
