Do you have an aspiring chef ages 9-12 in your house who would like to cook and prepare meals? Learn kitchen skills and healthy eating? This week long camp is designed to provide hands on experience to participants as we prepare Globally Inspired Dinners. Each day offers a different cuisine.
This summer camp is for young chefs who would like to learn to cook and prepare meals. Each day has a different theme and cuisine from around the world. We will prepare and eat foods from different countries and cuisine.
The classes are held in the Teaching Kitchen at MedCenter Greensboro at Drawbridge Parkway.

Monday, June 22: Italian Dinner-Lasagna, Garlic Bread, Caprese Salad, Italian Cookies
Tuesday, June 23: Latin Inspired Dinners- Chicken Burritos, Mexican Street Corn Salad, Tres Leches Cake
Wednesday, June 24: Asian Inspired Dinner-Healthy Sesame Chicken, Quinoa Asian Green Salad with Mandarins, Almond Ginger Cookies
Thursday, June 25 Mediterranean Dinners- Chicken Souvlaki, Tzatziki, Green Salad, Phyllo Cups with Berries
Friday, June 26: Classic American Dinners- Individual Meatloaf, Mac and Cheese, Green Beans Gremolata, Chocolate Mousse
