In-Person Childbirth Class (4-Week Series)
This in-person class series will help you and your partner prepare for your birth experience. Topics include:
- Labor & Birth
- Comfort Measures
- Breathing Techniques
- Massage
- Medical Interventions
- Pain Management Options
- Cesarean Birth
- Postpartum Care
***Beginning April 2025, our childbirth classes will no longer include Baby Care content. For this information, you may register for a Caring for Baby Class in any of the three offered formats (In-Person~Greensboro, Self-Paced eClass, or Virtual).
*If hospital census allows, this class will include a quick visit to a Labor & Delivery room and a Mother Baby room
Bring 2 pillows (for comfort when sitting) and wear comfortable clothing.
In order to continue providing quality educational programs, refunds will only be available for medical necessity. We are happy to apply the class fee to other classes if you need to reschedule.
