Waterbirth Class
Interested in a waterbirth? In addition to a consultation with your credentialed waterbirth provider, this free, informational online class will help you discover whether waterbirth is the right fit for you. The benefits of waterbirth are discussed during this virtual online class. Situations that might prevent an expectant mother from being able to labor and/or deliver in the water are outlined. Additionally, the class will review the new pools provided by our Women's & Children's Center and their features. You will receive a Teams link via your email within 24 hours of the meeting start time with instructions to join the class. **Please do not register more than once for this class. Since we have a limited number of seats available, registering more than once will result in the loss of a class seat for someone else. *** Please Note: Not all obstetrical practices offer waterbirth, so check with your healthcare provider. This class is a requirement in order to pursue a waterbirth. Register only the expectant mom, but we encourage your partner to attend this class with you!
