For Cone Health Employees and their families: Are you ready to learn how to cook foods that are healthy and delicious? Join us for a hands-on class with a Registered Dietitian. Participants will get to practice food preparation and cooking while our instructors take them step by step through healthy and flavorful recipes. Monthly topics will vary, please check the class details for location and theme.
Description: Join the LiveLifeWell team for a hands-on cooking class! We'll practice some basic cooking techniques and put together a delicious, healthy meal! This month's theme is Cook-Out Crowd Pleasers.
What to bring: Please wear closed-toe shoes and come with your hair pulled back. Aprons and gloves will be provided.
Location: This class will be held at the Alamance Regional Medical Center Grand Oaks Building in the Education Room. Come in through the main entrance of the Grand Oaks building and go straight, past the welcome desk and restrooms, and take a right down the long hallway. The Education Room is the last door on the left.
