Would you like to know more about the Mediterranean Diet? During this 4-week class we will prepare foods that follow the Mediterranean Diet guidelines. We will prepare and eat Salmon, Chicken, Cod and a Plant Based Meal.

This class is held in the Teaching Kitchen at MedCenter Greensboro at Drawbridge Parkway. When you enter the building walk straight back, past the Grab and Go Cafe'. We are the next set of large double glass doors on your left.
Each week we will prepare a Mediterranean Diet dish. Here is what we will be cooking:
Week 1, October 28: Chicken Egg Roll in a Bowl
Week 2, November 4: Honey Balsamic Glazed Salmon
Week 3: November 11: Quinoa Strawberry Salad with Chicken
Week 4: November 18: Cod with Chimichurri Sauce
