In addition to a consultation with your credentialed waterbirth provider, this free, informational online class will help you discover whether waterbirth is the right fit for you. Not all obstetrical practices offer waterbirth, so check with your healthcare provider. **Please do not register more than once for this class. Since we have a limited number of seats available, registering more than once will result in the loss of a class seat for someone else. Cone Health Women’s & Children’s Center at Moses Cone Hospital
This interactive class is designed for parents-to-be who want to learn & practice hands-on skills to help relieve some of the discomfort of labor and encourage their babies to rotate toward the best position for birth. Moms and their partners will be able to try a variety of labor positions with birth balls and rebozos as well as practice breathing, relaxation, and visualization techniques.
