This interactive class is designed for parents-to-be who want to learn & practice hands-on skills to help relieve some of the discomfort of labor and encourage their babies to rotate toward the best position for birth. Moms and their partners will be able to try a variety of labor positions with birth balls and rebozos as well as practice breathing, relaxation, and visualization techniques.

Super Siblings (In-Person Sibling Class~ Greensboro)

Crafts, photo opportunities, story time, and more fun activities are included in this one hour and fifteen minute class designed for children ages two to six years old who are welcoming new siblings into their families. Class discussion includes how families care for babies and how children can be helpful in their new roles as big brothers and sisters. This class is sure to be a good time and help your child transition into their new role as a super sibling!
