The Breast Cancer Support Group is a community of women who are or have been in treatment for breast cancer. The group offers a supportive setting to receive information about breast cancer, give and receive support, and to connect with others.

All Cone Health Cancer Alamance Patients and Survivors are invited to the Cancer Support Group led by Licensed Clinical Social Worker Lynn Duffy. Former patients are welcome. This group meets the first Thursday of each month in the ARMC Cancer Center Community Room from 4:00 - 5:00. Please call Nicki Brown at 336-586-3583 to register.

Participants will be given a pre-printed design and apply beautiful rhinestones in a "paint-by number" fashion to complete a sparkling piece of art. Come and try it out! All supplies are provided. The class is FREE! Registration is required. Register by calling 336-586-3504.

This support group is for lung cancer patients, from new diagnosis, through treatment, and into long-term survivorship, offering a supportive setting to share information and support one another.

Join Maureen du Preez (certified Tai Chi instructor for health, cancer rehab specialist, and occupational therapist) as she teaches Tai Chi for current and former cancer patients.

Volunteer mentors that have experienced cancer meet each month. Mentors can be matched with newly diagnosed patients and/or volunteer in other capacities.
