This group offers support and connection to parents as they journey through the adjustments and struggles of that sometimes overwhelming first year after the birth of a child.

This is an ongoing experience that meets once a month and is designed to help you honor the past, assist you in discovering tools to strengthen you today, and aid you in developing hope for the future.
