This in-person course is designed for any parent, expectant parent, or adult who cares for infants or children. Participants learn and demonstrate cardiopulmonary resuscitation and choking relief procedures for both infants and children.

Families learn what to expect in the first days and weeks of breastfeeding your newborn.

Tours of the Women's & Children's Center at Alamance Regional are offered on the first and third Sunday of every month.
