This seminar will focus on how to make healthy one-serving meals and snacks either through making recipes that serve one or making larger portions that can be divided and frozen for meals later. We will talk about how to safely freeze and reuse foods, what foods freeze well, as well as provide some recipes. We will be providing some light food for this event.
