Living Well: Managing Non-Hunger Eating provides insights on how to make meaningful changes toward healthy food choices. Topics include understanding the many influences on our eating behaviors, including stress and emotions; willpower and self-discipline; mindfulness; and managing derailing thoughts. Also included is a healthy cooking class.

In light of this policy, Living Well: Weight Management 101 will be a virtual 3-series class beginning on June 2, 2020, 5:30-6:30 PM.
