The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital
The Pre-Diabetes 101 program for Cone Health employees assists participants in developing lifelong skills for healthy living that includes healthy eating and physical activity.
The program is available for anyone 18 and older who currently smokes.
Provides guidelines on nutritional and other health behaviors for the prevention and treatment of diabetes and pre-diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease.
Provides insights on how to make meaningful behavior changes as well as healthy food choices.
