Pediatric Development and Behavior

Our interdisciplinary team of professionals provides neurodevelopmental and psychological evaluations, and treatments for children, adolescents and families. We address a range of developmental problems, including medical, physical or psychological/emotional issues.

What We Treat

Conditions we treat include*: 

  • Evaluation and management of complex ADHD
    • ADHD with co-occurring condition (e.g. autism, intellectual disability, etc)
    • ADHD with treatment complexities (e.g. tried and failed at least two medications, medically fragile patient, severe side effects from previous treatments)
  • Oppositional-defiant behavior/disorder
  • Conduct problems/disorder
  • Depression and anxiety in children with diagnosed developmental disabilities
  • Disorders of regulation including sleep disorders, feeding problems, behavior problems, complicated toilet-training issues, enuresis (bedwetting), and encopresis (soiling)
  • Developmental disabilities
  • Delayed development in speech, language, motor skills, and thinking ability
  • Behavioral and developmental problems complicating chronic illnesses and disabling conditions such as genetic disorders, epilepsy, prematurity, diabetes, asthma, cancer

Your child will begin with an individualized assessment so your provider can make an accurate diagnosis and create the best care plan for your child and your family.  Those care plans could include individual and family therapy, parent education and/or school behavior consultations.
