Biography
Daniela Aguilar Abisad, MD, specializes in pediatric endocrinology. She cares for children across the spectrum of endocrine conditions, including thyroid, adrenal, growth and puberty disorders, calcium and bone health, water and salt balance, differences of sex development, and diabetes mellitus.
Recognizing how social factors and everyday challenges influence a family's ability to manage chronic conditions, she is committed to compassionate, equitable care.
As a bilingual, bicultural physician, she partners with families using open communication and shared decision-making. With a focus on helping them navigate complex medical information, she ensures they feel informed, supported and confident in their child's long-term care.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading historical fiction, hiking, cooking and traveling with her husband and dog.
