2022 Total Rewards Statement

Have you ever wondered about your total annual compensation beyond your base pay? You can now learn exactly what it is with your Total Rewards Statement. This includes base pay plus the value of company-paid benefits such as retirement and health and well-being plans.

Employees hired before October 1, 2022 will receive an email on March 30, 2023 from benefits-noreply@conehealth.com that will include a link to your statement.  Using your Cone Health login credentials, you will be required to create a password to access your personal Total Rewards statement portal.
