Our Cone Health Administrative Fellowship Program reflects that commitment by offering emerging professionals a unique, immersive experience in strategic leadership, operational excellence and mission-driven innovation. This program is more than a steppingstone – it’s an opportunity to shape the future of health care alongside a team that values collaboration, integrity and bold thinking. 

Our immersive two-year program offers postgraduates unparalleled exposure to every level of integrated health care leadership. Fellows rotate through key departments, drive high-impact strategic initiatives and actively contribute to major projects across our award-winning hospitals, ambulatory centers, accountable care organization, physician practices and health insurance plan. As valued members of the Cone Health leadership team, Fellows will work closely with senior management, medical staff and the Board of Trustees.

This hands-on experience builds the essential skills needed to lead in a rapidly evolving health care environment focused on delivering the right care, at the right time, in the right place. Many of our Fellows have launched outstanding careers, crediting the Fellowship as a catalyst for their success.
