Eligibility Requirements

• All new graduate nurses are required to participate in the Residency Program
• All nurses with less than 1 year of experience may be eligible to participate in the Residency Program
• Preferred- a GPA of 3.0 or better (reasonable accommodations are made based on letters of recommendation)
• Must have graduated or will be graduating from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN) prior to starting the Residency Program
• Must have passed the NCLEX examination prior to starting the Residency Program

How to Apply

1. Complete the RN residency application at careers.conehealth.com: RN residency Nurse
   • Internal candidates must complete the application through the Internal Job Opportunities portal found in SharePoint
2. Submit the following:
   • Two references from clinical instructors. References should send the completed form to Heather.Shelley2@conehealth.com
   • Internal applicants only: Reference from your current manager (internal reference doc) in addition to one clinical instructor references. Manager should submit the internal reference form to Heather.Shelley2@conehealth.com
   • A copy of your college transcript (official or unofficial) sent to Heather.Shelley2@conehealth.com

Interview Process

1. Upon receiving your application, a recruiter will reach out via email within 1 week to schedule your phone interview.
2. Second interview (virtual) or in person with Residency Facilitators and Hiring Leaders.
3. Decision and offer: offers will be made within 2-3 business days following your second interview for most cohorts.
