Regular massages are important for great self-care. These massage packages were designed with just that in mind so you can receive better pricing all year long and make self-care a top priority.
Relax & Renew 60-minute Package (Employee only): 4 massages for $190
Relax & Renew 60-minute Package (Community only): 4 massages for $230
Rejuvenate & Restore 90- minute Package: 4 massages for $320

Gift Certificates: Head to our booking website today to purchase these packages for yourself or as a gift certificate for someone else. Once purchased, individual services are non-transferrable, entire packages maybe transferred or purchased a gift certificate. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds. If, for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us, and we will promptly address your concerns so that you may continue to be a satisfied client.
Cancellation Policy: Please arrive at least five to ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full massage session. Late arrivals will not be able to receive their full treatment time.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so within 24 hours of your appointment.
The first time a client no shows or cancels less than 24 hours for their scheduled appointment, we can rebook your appointment to the next available time slot. After the 1st no call/no show, you will be charged the full price for the scheduled service. *Keep in mind cancellation calls must be made on the day preceding your appointment.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Is this a Swedish, Therapeutic or other type of massage? The type of massage is personalized based the client’s needs and request. An initial interview, assessment and history is taken by the therapist to determine the best technique based on the assessment or request.
- How long is my massage time? 60-minute appointments include 50 minutes of hands-on, and 90-minute appointments include 80 minutes of hands-on.
- How far ahead of the appointment should the client arrive? We suggest that you come 5-10 minutes prior to your first appointment to have time fill out the consent and intake form.
- Is there any protocol for how someone should dress for the massage? There is no protocol. Clothes can be left on if you desire.

Roshella Comer, LMT
Roshella started her career in massage therapy in 2008 after graduating from Miller Motte College in Wilmington, NC. Her goal as a massage therapist has been to bring balance and wellness to her clients by using a therapeutic touch, specializing in Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques such as Trigger Point therapy and reflexology. She spends her free time with her husband and three fur babies. Roshella provides massage in Greensboro at our R&R Studio location.
Keturah Hosey, LMT
Keturah has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2017. Over the years she has specialized in helping many people find relief using unique Deep Tissue techniques. She enjoys creating a warm, relaxing environment for her clients. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stones, Trauma Response Therapy and more. Keturah provides massage in Burlington at our Grand Oaks location.
Tracy M. Howard LMT, LMBT, IASTM
Little did Tracy know she got her to start with massage before she knew she was to be a therapist. Her mother bought her a reflexology book to aid in helping her with her mom’s circulation issues in her feet. This is where Tracy began to take interest in all things “natural” and healing options for the body. Tracy specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Reiki, Hot Stones, and more. She has certification in instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM). Tracy enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her rescue dog, Dapper. Tracy provides massage in Greensboro at our R&R Studio location.
Kimberly Patterson, LMBT
I started my massage journey in 2022 by taking classes at Kneaded Energy School of Massage here in Greensboro. I received my LMBT (License in Massage & Body Therapy) in April 2024. My training allowed me to explore many modalities such a Swedish Massage, Hot Stone, Cupping, Oncology, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy, & Deep Tissue technique to have a successful massage career. I am honored to be a part of Cone Health, putting balance back into the work life of their employees & community members by offering therapeutic massages. Kimberly works at R&R Studio in Greensboro.
