MyChart Patient Portal
Use MyChart to view your child's height, weight, medications and keep in touch with your child's provider. Through the MyChart portal, you are able to send non-emergent questions to the provider. The provider will either reply to your message or give you a call. Use the Child Proxy Form to request access to your child's MyChart account.
Be sure to download the MyChart app for on-the-go access to appointment information, provider communication, prescription details, and much more.
Appointment Guidelines
Please be sure to bring any changes to your insurance or information about medication updates to your child's visit
No-Show Policy:
- New patients who miss their first appointment without rescheduling or canceling will not be rescheduled for 6 months.
- Established patients missing 3 consecutive appointments may be dismissed at the discretion of the office manager.
Cancellation Policy:
- Call 24 hours prior to your child's appointment to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
- Three consecutive well-visit cancellations less than 24 hours prior may lead to possible dismissal.
Immunization Policy:
- Piedmont Pediatrics emphasizes the importance of immunizations for the child and community.
- Patients must maintain up-to-date immunizations; choosing not to vaccinate may require finding a new provider.
Sick Visits
- Same-day sick visits are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- The primary provider for sick visits is not guaranteed; the focus is on timely access to care.
After-Hours Provider Access
- If the office is closed, call 336-272-9447; no nursing call service is used.
- Leave your number in the prompt; the on-call provider will return your call.
- If no response in 30 minutes, call back. Provider numbers appear as "private number" or "Piedmont Pediatrics."
- Our goal is to provide timely care to minimize Emergency Room visits and support your child's health.
