Recovery is a team effort. At the Cone Health Rehabilitation Center at Moses Cone Hospital, rehabilitation physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, nurses, and other specialists work together to create a personalized care plan focused on your goals, independence, and quality of life.
Medical Leadership
Your rehabilitation program is guided by physicians and advanced practice providers specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation, psychology, and related rehabilitation disciplines. They oversee your medical care, monitor your progress, and help coordinate every aspect of your rehabilitation journey.

Specially trained rehabilitation nurses provide 24-hour care, education, and support for patients and families.
