The Sagewell program allows participants to progress through the levels at their own pace, mastering the skills at one level before then advancing to the next as they develop good habits in, on and near water. Participants also learn to become comfortable in the water, acquire and refine new techniques and strokes, and become stronger, safer swimmers.
While both individual and group lessons are available, Sagewell’s experienced and certified swim instructors are currently offering individual instruction through the fall with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of participants.
The individualized approach to Sagewell’s swim program aligns with its focus on creating and maintaining healthy lifestyles that are tailored to the specific, individual health and medical needs.
Both members and non-members may register for the Sagewell Health & Fitness Learn to Swim program.
