Where to Start?
Find the class that best matches your current ability and comfort level. New members are welcome to join a Fundamentals class for one free introductory session, where our instructors will guide you through the basics and offer personalized recommendations for future class participation.
- Members can register for classes up to 4-weeks in advance.
- Payment is required at registration.
- Refunds or class transfers will not be issued in the event of a no-show.
Intro Class
Designed for those who have not used a Pilates Reformer or are unsure of what level class is appropriate. During the 30-minute class, the instructor will evaluate and recommend a starting class. Intro Class is free of charge.
