Right Start Program
Sagewell Health & Fitness offers a program to assist both members and potential members to develop healthy behavioral habits. The Right Start Fitness Program is structured to introduce exercise gradually and progressively over 9 weeks. Adherence to an exercise program improves because of the gradual introduction of new exercises.
Sessions Include:
- 20-40 minutes of structured exercise
- 2 group sessions a week.
- Gradual introduction to additional exercises during the 9-week session.
- Fitness Specialists will monitor progress, introduce progressions, and supervise exercise sessions.
- Post-program consultation to determine next steps.

Free Fitness for Cancer Survivors
SWIFT (Surviving with Fitness) is a free cancer-wellness program designed to serve cancer patients and their caregiver.
Exercise and meditation can be intimidating to know where to start, especially if you feel limited by pain, fatigue, and weakness from treatment side effects.
Our SWIFT programing is designed for cancer patients to reach attainable physical and mental goals during and after treatment. Specially trained instructors who understand the unique needs of people living with cancer will provide you with guidance through session(s) each week, further education, and support to all group members.
We offer a Tuesday group yoga class 3:00pm-3:45 pm and Thursday group exercise class at 12:00pm-1:00pm inside Sagewell Health and Fitness (Studio B). Each participant should check-in at the front desk prior to class. A waiver and health form must be completed prior to participation.
