Wellness Programs
Sagewell Health & Fitness offers a variety of wellness and fitness programs designed to support you wherever you are on your health journey. All programs listed below are currently available at our Greensboro location, with the possibility of expanding to our Eden location in the future. If you have questions or would like help finding the right program for you, please email sagewell@conehealth.com.
** All fitness classes require non-members of Sagewell Health and Fitness to sign a waiver every time upon entry. **
Cancer Wellness Yoga
Through carefully selected fitness and meditation-inspired exercises, this program has been developed for community members and their caregivers to attain attainable physical and mental goals during and after treatment. Specially trained instructors who understand the unique needs of people living with cancer will provide you with guidance through sessions each week, further education, and support to all group members. Open to Sagewell members and non-members.

Parkinson’s Group Fitness Classes
Designed for community members and their caregivers, these classes support staying active through dedicated Parkinson's exercise classes that teach participants how to stretch and move their bodies to maintain mobility. The classes focus on exercising to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination for better activities throughout life. Open to Sagewell members and non-members.

Pulmonary Maintenance Program
Are you graduating from pulmonary rehabilitation and looking for a place to maintain your current fitness level? Our pulmonary program is right for you because we have trained fitness specialists, oxygen on the floor, and similar equipment to what you used in your rehabilitation clinic. Our program is complimentary for members or $99 for non-members.
- Pulmonary Group Maintenance Program:
- Tuesday and Thursdays at 1pm
Right Start
Sagewell Health & Fitness offers a program to help both members and potential members develop healthy behavioral habits through exercise. The Right Start Program is structured to introduce exercise gradually and progressively over 9 weeks. Adherence to an exercise program improves because of the gradual introduction of new exercises. Our program is complimentary for members or $99 for non-members.
Perks of Right Start:
- 20-40 minutes of structured exercise; 2 sessions a week.
- Gradual introduction to additional exercises during the 9-week session.
- Health and Fitness Specialists will monitor progress, introduce progressions, and supervise exercise sessions.
- Post-program consultation to determine the next steps.
