Patrick grew up in Greensboro, attended Guilford College and UNCG where he got his MS in Kinesiology with a focus on Exercise Physiology. He has had various roles in education, physical therapy, and exercise. He has been an active runner since 2006 and a certified exercise physiologist. Being outside and being active is his go to for fun activities.
